One interesting thing about my last couple of dyno runs: -with a #38 jet at 750 psi the bike made 197 hp -with the same jet at 900 psi the bike made 211.8 hp A bottle heater and gauge is essential for consistent output.

chevelle Donating Member Registered Apr 19, 2007 #5 Higher pressures,900 + will make more power with a given jet size. Lower pressures 800-850 is easier to mantain,and seems to be more consistant to me. It will take some adjustments.
