i would be donating 100 dollars myself if i were employed, but as the good lord has it ive been unemployed for 3 months. so i will only be donating 20 dollars. all donations can be anywhere from $5 to 100 or more. i expect nothing and will accept anything. please at least check out the website and give it a chance. my phone number is 316-640-4080. you can also call bank of america at 316-201-9514 and ask for stacy. he is on my fundraising team and is also the branch manager.

i know its hard to donate to something like this on a messege board, but believe me this is for real. my wife and i have wanted to be a big brother and sister. we believe we could offer them a chance at experiencing motorcycling, atving, and loads of other stuff they never thought they would get to experience. again here is the link to some information.

all i need to go forward today is your name, address and a pledge amount.
thanks for your support... your fellow busa rider, shaun wiegert

Ernest Coulter, a young New York City court clerk, is credited with mobilizing the Big Brothers movement. After seeing an increase of boys come through his courtroom, he recognized that caring adults could help many of these kids stay out of trouble. In 1904, he set out to find volunteers, and by 1916, Big Brothers had spread to 96 cities across the country.

A similar movement took place among group members of Ladies of Charity. They began befriending girls who had come through the New York Children’s Court. Ladies of Charity later became Catholic Big Sisters.

The groups worked independently until 1977, when Big Brothers of America and Big Sisters International joined forces to become Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

More than a century later, Big Brothers Big Sisters remains true to its founders’ vision of bringing caring mentors into the lives of children. Big Brothers Big Sisters currently operates in all 50 states and in 35 countries around the world!
