Brake hose clamps

Is there somebody who nows how the 2 front brake hose clamps is removed from the front fender?One is on the right side of the fender and the other back on the centre.I see they are diffrent.Must i removed the wheel and loosen on the inside?

Remove the fender bolts and lift the fender up.
There is a plastic tab/pin sticking through the fender.
Squeeze the tabs with needle nose pliers and the plastic loop holding the line will lift out of the fender.
