brake problems

i was wondering if anybody could give me some pointers, ive recently put EBC HH pads on my rear brake and brake seems really stiff ive bled it, and i felt the rotor and feels glazed over. Anybody ever had this problem and what did you do to fix it

on a old r6 i had i just used very fine sand paper on my rotors... not sure if it is correct

but also by stiff u mean hard to brake and stop or just stiff it locks easier?

Did you check/clean the piston prior to installing the new pads? Followed proper procedure to "bed' the brakes in?

it just seems i have to stomp on it really hard to get it to lock up but i also have stainless braided lines also

HH pads don't work on the rear as well as they do on the front.
