Brake rotor comparison...

I have seen a few different offers on brake rotors lately...and now wonder if anyone has run a few brands or models and can give any personal feedback on them.

Generally, I am not too worried about weight savings...I want longevity and reliable BITE.

The EBC lineup offers the Prolites and the Contours ...
pros and cons of each?

Is the Galfer price point nearly 150.00 more really worth it?

How about Alth Brake Rotors ?

There are several brands...and I suppose I could order replacement OEM discs.....but!


I have to make a choice before the Bash next month....so who can compare what?

Dont know about the Alth but they are on sale at oncycles. And for less then the ABMs I have. I love the ABMs they are fatter but lighter then stock and bite is great. If someone where to get ABMs when pushing the brake pistons in they could over fill the master reservoir.

wow ... I surely thought with all the people with rotors on...that a few more might have some input.

anyone know of brands to avoid?
