Brembo radial pump

The Busa has got the Christmas gifts a few days in advance  Is is an adjustable Brembo radial brake pump and steel braided brake lines. The clutch lever was also replaced, with a black Pazzo lever to get colour matching. The clutch and brake looks and feels great in the garage, I'm keen to test the new stuff on a ride but it is below freezing point here at the moment.

I didn't have a brake fluid reservoir at home, the hose is a temporary fix to fill and bleed the system. I've got the idea from track bikes, but will use an ordered sport bike type reservoir.

Ah, thanks for splaining that one to me. I rode the short bus. :banghead:

That is what I hoped, thanks for the info :beerchug:

On my 99, I had installed braided lines, Wave rotors and race pads and the brakes were still not up to my standards. I installed a 19 x 20 and BAM! What a difference.

It just makes no sense to me WHY Suzuki does not offer a radial pump as original equipment, especially now with radial calipers.

Next on my radar for my R1 track bike is one just like on yours.

Why is this beter than what comes stock? other than better engineering, what makes radial better? More pressure, smoother delivery, with the facts I can deliberate with the "Ol' Lady" and possibly get more than a "How much, Hell NO"!

Do a search titled "The Magura Project". It's all there.

Nope..no kit but a one off from Brendanp. (he did same)

GM Busa sold me the Maguras.

Reservoir looks good by the way. Now the other side.

r8

The brake light switch is there, it is a new microswitch that is included with the Brembo pump, which replace the stock brake light switch. It works perfectly fine.

There is PLENTY of clearance to move the bars end-to-end, the new brake fluid reservoir is located much lower and closer to the grip-inside than the solution in post #13 above.

would you say it has more clearance than stock or about the same. i ask because i'm looking to replace both my master cylinders to get more clearance
