brock gen 3 air leak

i just notice a little air leak in my hindle pipe, from the outside i don't see a crack or anything wrong with it is coming from the inside, what kind i do. i put over 12,000 miles on it. it can be repaired? is that normal? what can i do?

Is it welded in that area or does the midpipe go right into the muffler baffle? and what kinda material is it? aluminum,titanium or stainless? Does the baffle come out?

It's hard to judge by the pic exactly where the leak is. It seems it's not at a slip joint. Did you but it from Brock's?

the prior owner did get it from brock. Is a full system, not a slip on, titanium. I will post a better picture in the afternoon. my question is, can they be repair? i thing if i remove all the rivets and slide the can out I might be able to repair what ever is wrong inside the can.

I have the same system and I bet it can be repaired the first thing I would do is get ahold of Brocks and ask about it. Who would no better than those who designed a d built it.
