Guys I have a new Ti winder i just installed on GEN 2 hayabusa, and have a small issue that i need some help with, When the pipe is installed it just touches the oil filter where the factory crimps them at top, I have the oil filter relocator kit on it so I dont have to drop pipe everytime I do an oil filter, I have tried everything I have taken this dam thing off like 6 times, and they are a real pain in the arse to get on, exspecially the 3-4 pipe, it does not want to go into the head area at all , i really had to pull down and jam it into the holes, the 1-2 pipe goes in like butter, but the 3-4 pipe sits on top of 1-2 pipe and just is nasty,
Do you think it will hurt if it just touches ever so slightly, I have taken springs off and it pushes away but soon as i put springs on it pulls it back into oil filter, I know someone will say try to move muffler etc. I have it all the way forward and tried this thing several times over 4 days and I have no more ideas, I am out of ideas and patience, for 1695.00 this thing should fit, Also I fire it up and have no leaks anywear so I know I am on the money with the install, Please look at pics and give me your thoughts Brett. Thanks guys

i know this is old but has anybody figured out a fix for this issue? i am dealing with the same exact thing right now.

Try turning the filter to the down position,

If that doesn't work, contact Brocks.
They are known for great quality and customer service.
I wouldn't leave a header tube in contact with an oil filter.
My concern would be that in time the filter could vibrate loose.

the oil cooler bypass line is in the way. whats the difference from having that line over using block offs?
