prayers sent for a speedy recovery. lucky just a broken leg...those guard rails are rusty and nasty and this time of year the road is pretty slick.

Sorry to hear that. Is there anything we can do to help?

Sorry to hear, Cap. :( Hoping that there's nothing more serious than that...

Sorry to hear that, was it one of the 180 Degree Turns ??? , they're really tight there. And this time of year, they'll have leaves on the road.

Hope he gets home soon :beerchug:

sorry to hear this...prayers sent for a quick recovery without complications

Nothing we can do either, they took him by ambulance to Ft Smith Ar. He stayed there all night and then they transported him by ambulance to OKC. He is still in the hospital tonight and I expect him to be there until Wed or so. I talked to my brother in law and I looked at the bike, looks like he was going too fast, went across the hwy to the edge of the other lane, kept the front tire on the asphalt and the back end slid around on him and then as the bike did a 180 the back tire came all the way around and grabbed the edge of the road and threw him off like a horse, the bike slid a little and he flew off and rolled somewhere in there breaking his leg... They tell me that he put his skull cap helmet on about 5 miles before that and there is a big ole dent in it now... He had chaps on so his legs were protected but no jacket..... He has a few scapes but nothing too bad... They said they will need to put a pin in his leg this week......

Thanks for all the support, kind words and prayers I will make sure he knows you all are wishing him well...
