Bubbling paint

Hey, fellas
just had the rt lower cowling repainted stock colors by a very reputable motorcycle custom paint shop in SoCal 2 weeks ago. They went ahead and aplplied some heat barrier to the inside of the large vent openning down in front of the clutch. Iafter they painted. I just noticed on Friday, that the immediate area around the vent is bubbling and cracking. In looking at the fine print on my invoice, it says they're not responsible for any blistering due to overrheating. I took the bike to the shop that maintains it and he advised that the primer wasn't dry enough before they applied the top coat. Any thoughts, Do I have any redress in this matter? thanks for your comments.

Definitely take it back! Especially if you can cite the explaination from a 3rd party professional. If they don't fix it, you have several agencies to go to: BBB (no real enforcing power), California Bearua of Automotive Repairs, Cal. Consumer Affairs (it might be part of Cal. BAR)....

by the way, what's the name of the shop and what city?
