Busa engine in a 600 frame

I have a chance to get a nice gsxr 600 chasis/body and remembered an article a while back that someone put busa engine in a 600 frame. Any ideas on how hard this would be and what modifications need to be done? Thanks

I heard of someone doing it to a 750 frame . But I don't remember where.

you will need to modify the frame, it can be done.

its a lot of work. Notice that the conversion didn't gain them a whole lot for the trouble.....you barely even hear anything about it anymore. If you want a sleeper......just start with a gix1000 and start modding....maybe put some 600 plastic on it. Unless you're shooting for 500 hp.....I have seen 300-400 hp gixxers already.....so why bother stuffing a busa engine in one for any less?
