Well Ladies and Gents finally have calmed down long enough to share a terrible story that some of you will know better than others...that's right talken about bike falling over in the shop...*&^%$#%&%**@#$$@$
When I was puting her away for the winter and just finishing waxing and preping for storage I decided to move it a little closer to the wall (big mistake) while gently puting her in her final resting place for the winter I tripped and away she went.
Now I know it could have been worse (superficial damage only broken windscreen...scratched fairing) but dam that sucks!
Anyway looking back there is a small funny that I have to share...having been with my wife for the last sixteen years she knows that the only thing that can make me mad is when something happens to the bike...over the years she has had the misfortune of witnessing small displays of madness over lost bolts scracthes and the like found on various bikes I've owned in the past. On this particular day after having just dropped her and picked her up. the doors to the shop were open and I could her my wife walking across the lawn laughing and playing with dog saying "let's go see what Dads doing. Before she could get to the door I guess she can see me sitting on a stool just looking at the bike, she shouts whatcha doing...still in mid stride...of course I respond I've just dropped the bike...well let me just say it is kind of funny watching a 120 pound women stop and turn a 140 pound Bull Mastiff in mid stride saying nothing but come baby daddy needs some alone time. What a women, knows when simple space is needed before trying to give out sympathy.
Anyway this is the first time I've been on the site in about a month so...two things
Hope everyone is well and enjoyed the holidays
&
If anyone is selling a stock wind screen let me know
Cheers
