Busa handlebar question

Sorry I know this is a dumb question I just traded for a 04 busa. I didn't get any kind of owners manual with it, my question is can I adjust the bars up a bit?? It looks like I could loosen it up where it clamps on the bars and rise them up. Of coarse I would have to adjust the the leavers, and stuff back up where it belongs.. Thanks for the help.lease:

I just put on some Helibars and they are awesome. I am 5'9" and the reach is a little tough for me. This helped.
