went "window shopping" with a friend today who is looking for a 2nd bike. we looked at zx14's,r1's,triumphs,ducatis,bmws. checked out a lot of dealers here in alabama. IMHO- there is nothing out there better than a busa. the only "buyers remorse" i might have is the 07 blue "in person"
is very nice. other than that- nothing else comes close. however- for what i paid for my 06 i don't have any complaints.

I feel the same , NOTHING better than a BUSA

I must say I am a huge busa fan, but there are different "best" bikes for different situations.

I bought mine only 10 seconds after sitting on it...
Sales guy, "Wanna ride it"?
Me, "Na...prep it and wash it, I'll be back in 2 hours".

Took my bike upto NY for the first time since getting it.. My brother's owned two bikes. one cruiser, and a new ZZR600... and my buddy joe who's owned a few bike's in his time, along w/ a pal rob who had a ninja.. They all agree the busa's a bad bad bike.. Joe's gonna get one, Rob is contemplating getting back on since he did lay his down after a car pulled out in front of him, and my brother wants to trade his in...So i'd say the busa is the entire package..

Glad i made the right choice the first time...

For an all around do anything bike the Busa cannot be beat. For specific purposes there are better out there.

I think if I had two bikes it would be a Honda ST and a Gixxer 1K or ZX10R. Since I don't have that option right now, the busa lets me go out with a morning ride with the sporty guys and keep up reasonably well, or take off for an afternoon two up with my wife. It's not the optimal tool for either situation but I think it does a pretty good job at both. Probably a little better at the sport riding.

I agree with you. Nothing better than a busa.
I already have a Goldwing for real long distance comfort and ferrying the BOSS around. Been through the FJR 1300. Now its busa all the way. LONG LIVE THE BUSAAAA!!!!!!!!!.
