Busa Problem

Tonight I finished installing a set of Factory Pro Velocity stacks in my '07 Busa, I have never had a problem with how the bike ran before but tonight after I finished the bike will not idle at all and sounded like **** when I took it out for a ride but when I got on the throttle it was faster than ever and even being 340lbs I couldn't keep the front tire down at W.O.T. in 1st and 2nd gear (being as big as I am I have never done a wheelie in 2nd gear without preloading). if it helps I have a K&N Filter, Yoshimura Tri-Oval single outlet Full system, and a Power Commander that were all installed last summer and ran all last year flawlessly and ran this season flawlessly aswell until tonight...Any help will be GREATLY appreciated and anything you guys say I should try would be great aswell, thank you in advance

Maybe a loose or diconnected vacuum line...

Wouldn't you have to remap? Maybe a little tweaking...

My first guess would be to find a new map for your mod.....I would think that would need to be done anyway. And if it will not idle at all....meaning just shuts off when you release the throttle, adjust the idle! I believe it is a screw under the tank but i havent messed with it in a long time. Not sure how it could be faster if the it is running at least 12000 rpm below normal, but then I am not a mechanic so.....hope you get it fixed.
