Hi Busa Brothers
I am bit of DIY guy like to fix and modified my self, right now i have a problem with my 2004 Busa, done some mods and recently remove original air box and replace with four k&n air filters(cone type).Bike was running like a Suisse Watch and now only revs on high, idling is terrible, goes up and down.Engine is standard none of mods, accept no mufflers at all!!!!!.With help from Busa Forum i find out that i have to check TOS(tip over sensor) and i did find that i fitted upside down. She did start then but now with very bed idling and revs up,not to forget have a bit of black smoke, did not have before!
I will like to take to some Busa Wizard but with my bad luck i live on island where is no one to help me!!!!!
Please is any one how can help me!

So you have one air filter on top of each throttle body then?

I'm no expert, but wouldn't that mess with the ram air effect since you took off the airbox?

yah u need the airbox i would think they are pressirised i dunno tho i could be wrong.

i do have original air box with BMC filter and did work perfectly, you reckon that i should
fit it back!!!!!!

I've never heard of that but it sounds like it'd look pretty cool. I think the airbox is pressurized though for the ram effect.

I don't now what is going on,i am in process fitting back air box,so i will see!!any one have vacuum hoses diagram and how to down load workshop manual

You should take a pic of the set up before you take it back to stock, sounds cool looking
