Just curious, how are the new Busa`s selling in your areas?
I live in southern Ontario and the 05s are selling
very quickly.I heard, they are almost sold out at the local dealers. The one dealer said he has sold more this spring
than all of last year.

cheers

Haven't been to my local dealer yet this Spring, as it hasn't been nice enough to ride yet. Will hopefully be going very soon.

hehe. Sales people always say that.. doesn't matter if you picked the biggest turd on the lot/showroom.

Think about it... "hey, do these sell good?"

"Nah, man.. we are basically giving them away.. Nobody wants them.. everybody basically says they suck. Big hype, and not much more than that ya know.. blah blah

hehe. ..

that being said... I only know of about 5 that my local dealer has sold... course I only know about 6 people that ride sportbikes in my immeadiate area too so thats part of the problem there.

Naturally **Slick Rick** the salesman has used that line on every other person that stops and looks at a Busa on his showroom floor.Sad thing is it works and once your addicted you'll find there's no cure for Busa Fever.

Ya, there was'ent alot to pick from on a used one around here. I did find one though and he on lived only mile away from me. Got lucky I think.

I went to a few dealers before I bought mine a couple of weeks ago. There were a few that had just sold and were awaiting pick-up. My local shop doesn't get very many.

not 2 quick here. arizona motorsports bascially has a monopoly in AZ (they are an EVIL.. EVIL company) they wont budge on their 11k price tag, and prob wonder y they dont move.

Go busa

Around here it seems to depend on the dealer. The ones that have good prices are sold out, the ones that are quoting MSRP have plenty in stock!

I talk ed with a salesman at the local dealership. Told me that they had moved out 10 busas last week alone.

I live in sunny south floriduh and this IS "BusaLand"....all long, straight, fast, flat roads so...The Hayabusa (or ZX-12R) is "The Bike To Have"...that said???....I can typically find 12R's in any stealership that carries Kaws....some with a light coat of dust...but Hayabusa's are a far different story as they are rarely on the floors and if they are???...look fast cause they won't be there the next time you walk in.

I was extremely fortunate to find my slightly used, bone stock, showroom condition '03 w/ a scant 1,600 miles on the odo last week....guy tried to tell me last monday that I was walking away from a real find...took me till tuesday to figure out he was right...then I bought it last wednesday morning...but...this is floriduh and with our year round riding climate all bikes usually come at a premium as compared to the more northern states that actually have a winter season.

But yeah...I wouldn't wanna hafta go try and find another Busa...not here...and don't think for a minute that any dealership in florida is letting them roll OTD at anything less than MSRP...unless it's a scratch and ding special.

Im with cruncher , I only know one or two people personally in my area,, theres a few, but no daily riders

The dealer closest to me never has more than two in stock. most of the time they are out and claim they are hard to get and they use the reason that the bike comes directly from Japan. Point being; you never can trust what a salesperson says. they say anything to sell!
