Busa wont power up :(

hey can someone help. i have a 2000 hayabusa, and when you turn the key nothing happens like if the battery wasnt connected. Im thinking its the ignition switch, because it happened when i pulled into work and got a face full of something burning like a wire shorted out. Any suggestion?

Well a burned wire shouldn't be hard to find. You did disconnect the battery didn't you ?

if it were your switch, you'd still get lights on your hud

also your bike would have died.

I would find the wire thats grounded out..or did the pos on the battery touch something to ground it out..the left side of the tail has a fuse kinda out side of the battery box, u must of blew the fuse
