Looking for full-syn oil for my bike, I have been buying at the dealer for about 13$ a quart... Anyone know a cheaper place online?

$4.99 per quart Mobil-1 15/50 most Auto Stores.

Even Mobil-1 MX4T is $8.99/quart, but it is the same stuff as 15/50

thanks man, I will check the regular auto stores, I was buying from motorcycle store for a lot more then that...

Buy direct from Amsoil by the case. That is what I do. Much cheaper than from a cycle shop. Don't buy auto synthetic for your motorcycle though as it contains friction modifiers that can cause wet clutches to slip (like a Busa's). Some folks will swear it does not matter but I will not risk it and I have done lots of research into the matter. Not in my bike - only 10W40 Amsoil full sythetic motorcycle specific. Check out Amsoil.com and find out for yourself.

Amsoil is good. I am one of those people though when it comes to 15/50 Mobil-1 we had it tested some time back and it is the same as the MX4T in composition. 15/50 (red strip on the top) is racing Mobil one however it is not just car Mobil- 1

Not sure I know that oil.. However EAKbusa is correct about not using car oil, other than what I specified.

10w-40 it is then... I would go with silkolene because that is what it has in it, but since I can't find a good shop selling it online, I am going to go with the amsoil (If you know an online store for silkolene, please post)
