My 6yr old son spring break is coming up, he wants to go to a theme park.Hes doing so good in school now were going to reward him with a trip.
Magic Mountain or Marine World, which do you prefer. Also what about Water Parks

If you are into rides... Magic Mountain.. if you are into animals and such. Marine World...

Take a week off and take him to both hehehe

Have you thought of Disneyland and California
Adventure. They have more ride for someone who is 6. I haven't been to Magic Mountain in about 10 years. Disney has a deal going if you are either firefighter or police you can get on park hopper pass for free and additional park hopper passed for 39.00 up to 5 additional.

I live 10 miles from Six Flags Marine World, and never been inside.

Maybe I'm turning into an old Fogey!!!

yes it would, took my son when he was 3yr old to all of them.

At 6 years old I wonder if he would be tall enough to ride on all the rides at Magic Mountain. There is a water park right next door, Hurricane Harbor, you could do both places in the same day.
(I live 20 min from Magic Mountain)

i get a better deal going to MM thru my job, than the other. I just didnt know which park was better. So i guess it a done deal. I just hope its not that crowded April 4th

Magic mountain has a lot more than Marine World as far as rides, and you are not that far from Disneyland or Knottsberry farm, hey maybe go see Micheal Jacksons house, it maybe up for sale soon

If you do Marine World, you are only about 1.5 hours from Paramounts Great America in Santa Clara, that has a lot of good rides.

For the Big rollercoasters you want 6-flags.

The little ones will love the animals and LEGOLAND is kid friendly

The marine world up here is alright. There are some good rides, and there are alot of marine animals for the kids to look at. I have been there once. I would probably go to one of the others that you mentioned though.
