Calling on Floridians for this question

I have emailed Powerbronze about 3 times to inquire about a windscreen but have not gotten any responses.

Since they don't respond, leaves me to believe if I order something from them I may never get it or hear from them about my order.

The company is located in Florida (headquarters in Germany).

I know I called out Florida only because someone in the area my know more about the company but for anyone who has dealt with the company do you have any insite?

Dang, I searched most major cities in Fl. Nothing.
They give no address on their website either.
