CAN I GET A BAFFLE?!

i own a megaphone exhaust from Roaring Toyz and had to contact the parts dept to get a new baffle cause mine basically got burnt out from all the backfiring it does..the guy said i needed the original invoice which i dont have from a year ago and then said he'll see wat he can do then...
been 2weeks and i cant even get a damn simple baffle or response from them about one of there product!

That's just great customer service, isn't it?

Have you kept on them about getting some info? How about sending them a digital pic of your set up? It sucks when you have to do a vendor's work just to sell their product to yourself.

If you can't get any assistance from them, maybe it's time for a new exhaust from somebody that can support what they sell.

Stuff like that really pushes my buttons

Sorry, couldn't help myself................Man I hate poor customer servc. At least return a phone call....Hope it gets resolved soon.

man i keep sending emails but no response...there store is about an hour away so next step is to go down there in person
always bought a damn 240kit from them on top of that!
 
I would definitely pay them a visit, and let them know you spent hard earned dollars with them, and would like a little customer service. I bet they talked your head off when they were selling you thier product.
