Can It Be Done????

I know that I will probably get ripped to pieces on this one, but here goes. Is it possible to mount the mirrors from a ZX12 on a Busa without much, if any, modification?

I've always wondered this, but never had the balls to ask... especially here.

I have always been very fond of the mirrors on a ZX12, but that's about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dont do it any part of a cow mounted to the Busa will slow the Busa down!!!!!

anything's possible. Someone with machinst skills can make an adaptor/spacer plate.

Looks like you might have to get creative with the mounts. SW Motech makes mirror wideners for both bikes and they both have completely different appearance and presumably bolt patterns. I do like the 12 mirror stalks better than the 14 stalks as far as Kawi parts though.

More the likely holes wont match. But if there the ones you like go to your local dealer and measure the distance between the bolts and match it to yours . Never know till you try . but of you do use them your gonna loose about 5 hp because there from the enemy.

Center to center on the mounting bolts is off about 3/8''. The 12 is the wider of the two

widen the hole out and throw in some washers.
