I would like to know the steps necessary to make it enter on the

If you're talking about moving to France and importing your Busa, then I would think you would need to contact the French version of Customs, and also the French Motor Vehicle Department. I would ask them directly what would be required to bring the Busa into France.

I'm sure there are different requirements for Europe for lighting, but for use to "speculate" on the import requirement would only be a that...a speculation.
