Carb sync question

Used my motion pro mano and followed the manual for the bike and the mano to the tee, if worked but once I hooked up the sync tool I couldn't get it started without turning up the idle, once I unplugged the sync tool and hooked everything backup the idle was up to 3000, any ideas on what would cause this?

You have throttle bodies, maybe a vacuum leak

the airbox is off and things are unplugged. it was normal on the bikes i did.

Cool thanks I thought i did something wrong, great to know. still starts and runs great after the sync.
