Carbon fiber

Can someone tell me who can make this piece marked in Yellow in carbon fiber. If I'm not mistaken, many of these very high quality parts are made in Europe. If anyone could point me on the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

If you don't want to pull a mold, you could always skin them in carbon. Could do 3k or forged carbon, either one I'd vacuum bag the part so it can be as thing as possible. I plan to skin a few items after I pick up a gen3 by spring time.

My concern would be your inner thigh and boot contacting against the panel and heel guard.
That is going to scuff and rub a hydrodip or vinyl wrap in a short period of time.
I think the only thing resiliant enough would be genuine cf with multiple coats of matte clear.
Even bare cf will show wear marks.
Gloss clear will show wear marks as well.
I think the multiple coats of matte clear will be the only way to preserve any finish in those areas, including vinyl wrap and hydrodip.
I'm also Not a painter.
This is just my opinion based on personal experience on my bikes, bikes I've worked on, as well as several bikes that friends have or do own.

I'm most definitely not a painter either, but I think even with a few coats of clear you'd still wear through it in those areas. I'd think as long as you have a nice coat of good brand resin over the carbon, just polish it out to a gloss. Sure it'll scuff and scratch like paint or clear, but doubtful you will wear through the resin by rubbing.

Typically I'll spray 2/3k clear over my carbon parts to UV protect. The resin has UV as well, but still clear anyways out of habit. I'd skip clear in this case.

The name of the part is side rear cover, to suzuki.
part # for right side is; 94476-10L00

That should be enough to get you the ability to find the parts, both right and left side.

Carbon fiber doesnt work well in a high usage, ie, rubbing on it..its for looks, not use..lol

If you decide to this, its gonna be a PITA

Parts made out of carbon don't typically work well in high rub areas because there isn't much epoxy on the top, it's all infused into the item and clear coated after. But with skinning, while the epoxy is still infused in the item, there is just an additional wet coat (or 2) that will go on top of the carbon that makes it extremely durable to high rub areas.

I checked the oem sections of Motosport and Partzilla(that would tell you), but neither has the '21-'22 Hayabusa yet.
Other than finding someone competant in parts at a Suzuki dealer...
Maybe @Vanishing Point would know?
@sixpack577 , sorry i been one week off-line , but # nr al been post by others
If anyone can do it , it must be the friends in Japan , they are busy with gen3 parts ,we never seen before.
Most are on Hayabusa-Tono FB

PPF would be the answer, its self healing and can be ceramic coated as well
