Krieg, I'm guessing when they lay up the fiber and resin, there is some overhang or excess, this extra material has to be removed,by hand! I used a dremel, its a slow process, but it was too hot to ride so I needed something to do.NJ.What exactly are you having to do to get the inners to fit NJ?

Thats right DR, I knew ahead of time the fit wasnt perfect, but the again, they arent $650 either! I dont mind working on my bike, You get to know whats going on with it inside and out.
