Celebrities in Hayabusa.ORG

Thanks Waltman...I don't know about celebrity, I at least knew a few. That is just one of my past lives, of which there have been several.

I heard Fabio the model owns a bussa'. I saw him at a bike shop and he watched me ride away on my bussa' but wouldnt say hello.
Think he lurks on this board? If your reading this Fabio, why not show up at LAbusas?

Bear...Hillary's got eyes for you. Go for it! She sure isn't getting any anywhere else. You could make a few bucks too, as New York Senators gets to write off giggolos.

EEEEEW...you touched Clinton's hand! Get any Blewinsky schnizzle on ya?

Seriously, congratulations on your accomplishments!

Thanks Cisco.

Actually Coco, when the picture was taken, Bill said "Welcome to Washington D.C., how's it feel to be at the White House?" And I said, "I have to pee."

Pete, I said something to that effect about Hillary to Waltman. She was friendly. I suppose that would be one way to get into politics, start out as a gigolo for a female senator...it's a modern world, after all. I could see Hillary dressed in leather on the back of my bike. :)

Of course that might upset Bill a little bit...I'd have to send HayabusaOwnerFan over to straighten him out. At this rate, the government of Hayabusaland will rule the world in no time!

Wow good going Mr.Bear,I thought my friend was the only one that met the President from the local group of guys that trained at our gym in Santa Clara. My friend is a Navy Seal and now a instructor goes by the name of Bones and went to Wilcox High School. Our area is teaming with Olympic hopefuls. My friends son is first on the Olympic wrestling team for the year 2000 summer games. The guys name is Eric Guerrero, and my friend said that when his son was little he would tell his dad that he wants to be as big and strong like Cisco.Anyways good luck in your future.

Was watching Tom Green show on MTV ,he was at that Fabio's house and he's got 20-25 bikes and atv's in his living room . Huge mansion, half million dollar stereo system in another room . There walking up the hallway and he's got a black busa in front of the copper one all by by themselves. Probrably gonna collect em all.

Mr. bear what sport did you compete in? This is rsbj from the ZX-12 board. You have my respect, I always wanted to be in the Olympics (marathon) but of course my times just weren't fast enough.

Mr. Bear
I sure hope you straightened out all those politicians when you had their ear. All kidding aside, I appreciate the dedication you have/had to your sport(s). You've made fun of it, when describing how you got your nickname, but I know that stuff doesn't come with out lots of work!

Hi Mr Bear
great pics but i'm afraid not being an american i'm still none the wiser as to who you are an athlete of some kind an olympian maybe? if so hope you make to Sydney in 2000 even if its just to cheer :-)

Bluviper, I am not anyone special...really just a friend of Waltman, the guy who started this thread. I competed for Team USA in Athletics in the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics, that's about it.

I lived at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra as a guest-resident athlete in 1994. I know some Australian athletes whose names you may recognize...Steve Moneghetti, Simon Baker, Kerry Saxby, and Nick A'hern are friends of mine. I hoped to stay in it until Sydney to make up for a poor showing in Atlanta, but I got tired of living in poverty. For me, the Olympics is over. I hope to race bikes for fun now, drags and top-speed trials.

Hey Rick, my sport was Track & Field, but the 50k walk, not the marathon. I was a marathoner as a kid during the 70's running boom, and finished 15 of them with a best of 2:37. In college (at an NAIA school), my coach drafted me to do the racewalk. I was pissed off about it at first, but I did well so I stayed with it. I finished 23 50k's with a best of 3:59:41, the first American to do one under four hours on a track. My total lifetime combined leg-mileage, running and racewalking, is a little over 50,000 miles in 24 years.

There is another celebrity at this site. He is "Turbo Rick", Rick Yacoucci. He's our own 200 mile-per-hour man, officially the first ever on a production bike. Check him out at www.labusas.org. I was honored to have the chance to meet him up at El Mirage a few weeks ago.
