All joking aside, some of us use real (non-swear) words that still get censored.

Just having a quick look around the board today I have seen;

***et, ***ume, ***uming, embar***ing, tresp***, ****erspaniel (that one I made up!)

You get the point! Is someone going to fix this? Or are we going to have to guess what people are saying all the time??

Also, what if someone is an A s s hole and does that, or a d.i.c.k.w.i.t or whatever?? Going to get very ****ing tricky!!

It's kind of like watching "Wheel of Fortune" or something. (U.S. game show where contestants guess phrases with only some of the letters/words revealed) I'm surprised the "a" word is censored but GD made it? There are just too many words using the letter a and two s's together for that to work very well. Heck - the "a" word is OK for TV now and my kids hear that just watching network T.V.! Seems like it can even be found in some translations of the Bible in reference to a donkey!

Okay...maybe you guys are missing the point. Stop the cursing...let's get back to motorcycles...you know...the 2-wheeled things we ride?

If someone decides that cursing is the way to handle things (in whatever manner), then I'll kindly ask them to leave...if they don't I'll show them the door...if they repeat, we'll get it handled with their provider...doesn't matter to me, but it's gonna stop because it is becoming a daycare center around here.

Okay stop cursing, I can do that. How about censoring the constant posts from non Hayabusa owners that come here to belittle the bike and all who ride them(those two wheeled things that made the reason for the site) whether they do it without cursing or not! I find them at least as irritating as any curse. And since the speech police have been installed because of their inflammatory posts moving HAYABUSA RIDERS to cursing out of anger. Maybe you could just remove the buggers and their useless drivel also? Or do the Hayabusa owners on this site have to endure their constant insults while we watch what we say?

I am a Hayabusa owner. That is why I came to this site in the first place. I love the big Suzuki even though my bike falls within the group touted to have the most problems (serial # 4020). And reading through the constant insults of guys that do not own Hayabusa's and have no intention of buying one is tiring to say the the least. especially when Hayabusa owners are being threatened with expulsion for bad language. While these folks that cause the problems are free to insult anyone they feel like insulting because they can word their usless insults without cursing. Is it okay to be an obnoxious git with no intention of ever owning this bike,as long as you word it well? NOT WITH ME IT ISN'T! I'M TIRED OF IT!

Buddha and I are not yet owners of the Hayabusa. Should we be barred from posting for that reason? I don't think so. I have been riding for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience. Buddha has the youthful enthusiasm most of us felt when we first got bitten by the 'bug' of sportbikes. It is a refreshing point of view.

We know who the socially-stunted few are who have turned a lot of the discussion here into negative stuff. You can count them on one hand. I don't think censorship is the way to handle it. I can see what Bigdog is trying to accomplish, but it is up to us as members to ignore the jerks (whether they are Hayabusa owners or not) or try to encourage them to come up out of the gutter.

It is like a neighborhood when a few slobs move in. This is our community. Maybe Bigdog could issue 30-day suspensions to individuals who trash the site, instead of partly muzzling all of us. But mostly, each of us just has to be mature enough to not stoop to responding to the jerks.

I suspect there's been more than censorship happening . . . I haven't looked at EVERY SINGLE thread, but the content itself has gone back to where it was before the @$%^% invasion. Methinks that some IP lockouts have occurred . . .

I'm guessing the frustration factor has fueled the change. Ripple effects. It always takes a bit for the lake waters to smooth out after gusty winds.

Yeah well read some of the posts today and you will find the the wrecking crew is just as obnoxious and present as ever. The only people on the site being threatend are the guys that are tired of dealing with the unending slew of crud from these slugs. You can bet these boys are not about to run into trouble man.All you have to do is read the above posts to see which way the wind is blowing. Why is that? Why indeed. But thats the way it IS I personally am hoping someone will set up a HAYABUSA site.

Oh yeah, No offense Mr. Bear but I'm all for your proposal and I nominate you to spearhead the effort. Talk to these boys and encourage them to slack off. This will be some funny stuff. And I'm not recommending non owners of Busa's be banned. I'm just wondering why pro Busa people are being threatened while the romper room rejects spout their caustic input with impunity. NO NO with apparently FULL backing of the powers that be. Oh yeah insult people,be obnoxious, just keep it clean. I'll see that you are not interfered with. Great, just great.
