Are you sure you don't mean carbon rotors?I have,not enough heat is generated during street riding to get the full benefit from ceramic rotors.

Did you read the article in the link?Arent ceramic rotors meant for high heat race applications? Just like race brake pads that don't work effectivly until you build enough heat in them. Problem is, during street use you cannot maintain the heat needed.
While these parts are trick, you may want to stick to some HH pads and waverotors. A Brembo caliper upgrade is also comparible to the race spec parts.
Well, read the article and tell me if your experience with ceramic rotors matches up with the authors. I was by no means advocating the use of inapproite race components on the street.No, i didn't check the article out. I've seen to many people riding around the DC area on race scuffs and full slicks and i wanted to bring up the hazards of using race spec parts on the street when people don't know about it. Just looking out for the greater good.
