changed front sprocket size ... speedo wrong?

I had a new chain and sprockets put on my bike this weekend. I went with a 16-tooth on the front and when I rode it after I noticed the speedo seems wrong. The dealership has no clue how to fix it. What do I need to do to get it right again?

they come from the factory wrong also.

If you want to get it close to right go with a speedohealer, but you will accumulate miles quicker

The Dealership has NO IDEA how to fix it. I don't think I would be going back there ever again.
But yes a Speadohealer is the way to go. Simple install and programing. Takes about 20 minutes if that. I know Goldenchild usually has them in stock adn he is a sponsor here. I got mine from him.
