Changing spark-plugs?

How often do you guys change spark-plugs on your busa?

I have only changed mine once in 35k miles.

By the book but they have looked new both times

I usually go 12K, but I really don't think I need to do it that often. Thinking the book says 7.5K. Closing in on 25K and have a set sitting on the table.

Changed mine around 9000 miles, still looked like new. Will change them again this spring when I get the lifters checked, but I figure they'll look like new too.

Mine looked fine at 7000.Put new ones in anyway.

changed mine at 45,000 miles 1st time made no difference not even 1mpg still gets 42mpg on avg didn,t start any better on cold engine either 05 busa

You guys love spending money for nothing. Some guys change Amsoil every 2500 miles, @ $11 a qt. I think someone is crazy. I spend enough money on keeping tires on the beast.
