Check your oil.

So I installed again the RCC fuel system, don’t ask. I finish it all up and it’s pissing gas out of the factory quick disconnect. Pissing. For some unknown reason I had purchased another one this week. So I run upstairs and grab it and bam it fits perfect. No other leaks but about 3-4 gallons on the garage floor. I keep about 8977555 lbs of cat littler in the garage cause I’m messy. Pulled the bike outside and hosed it off. Got all the gas off.

Figured I’d check the oil and I was down well over a quart. I’m guessing it’s blowing some out the breather cover. So I plan on throwing something on it. Recommendations? Is the paper looking kn filter worth it or just put a hose on it and run it down behind the engine like the fuel vent lines?

I’m not leaking any oil btw. Not a drop from anywhere.

Hey Greg, The last thing you want is oil on your rear tire at high speeds. DME sells a low profile cover for $50 and a filter for $20. You can make your own catch can or buy one and just put your own hoses to everything.

Was the oil level staying full between changes and now it’s not? If that’s the case then I’d investigate more and maybe post in the turbo section and see if turbo guys run a catch can.
