Sleeperbusa might have one for sale I did his and it is not cheap labor will kill ya (cleanning and tapping thread filled with chrome)unless you have a GOOD chromer,
anybody know of someone i can just take my busa to to get it chromed

but it has to be a frame only , to ship it you just slap a shipping tag on it. if you box it UPS nor USPS will take it tooo big. last I checked it was between 1,000-2,000 to have it done

I would recommend polishing the frame. I wanted to do the chrome as well but the shop explained to me that if it were scratched it would need to be done again. With a polish it could be fixed easily.

Check ebay, one option I just looked at there is chromed covers. I know someone with these and you can't tell they are covers- when I saw them I said "Damn, what did THAT cost you?!?".
The set on ebay is I think $525 for frame, swingarm, front & back peg sets. Or you can get frame only for like $325.
MUCH less trouble and $ and looks great.

You guys should have jumped on the Group Buy on the frame covers a couple months ago from Chromefx.net. Do a search for the thread that I started and conducted the group buy. The offered us 10% off plus free shipping. If we would have gotten something like 25 at one time, the discount would have been 20% off plus free shipping. Check out the info, and give Danny a call. Or you can email him at dannylong@chromefx.net. Hope he can still help you guys. Doesn't hurt to call. If there is more interest, I would be willing to call Danny and try to extend the savings a little longer.
