Just got my Busa service. It is dirty and dull looking. The swing arm and rims look horrible. I went to the local Auto zone to get some cleaning supplies. I am not sure what to get. Question can you use car wax on a Busa. Also what can I use on my rims and swing arm. I have a 2003 silver and gray Busa. All stock, no chrome.

BulletTrain is the resident expert on making a 'Busa (or any vehicle) sparkle. He has gotten a lot of us to use Zaino which works extremely well. Shines up like you wouldn't believe! Since my rims and swingarm aren't chromed I just wash them real well to keep them clean. BT has the same color scheme as you. You can do a search for Zaino (topic) or BulletTrain (member name) and you will see what I mean!

There are lots of things that can make it shine. The most talked about things are Maguire's, Plexus and S100. Have never used any of it, but folks say it works well. Seriously, I would recommend that you check the Zaino site www.zainobros.com. There service is great and the product is excellent!

Any good quality automotive polish/wax will improve the shine.Be sure to keep the wheels and frame especialy clean, becuase brake dust will evetually etch the powder coat on the wheels. The frame may also stain if harsh chemicals are used. Some hard work and yes your Busa will look like this!
