I'm very impressed at the level of service that some businesses now provide. It would be in their best interest to take heed to a lot that goes on in these internet forums. Can be a valuable marketing tool to say the least. Two thumbs up to Clear Alternatives...

After reading that post I sent them an e-mail stating my displeasure in the quality. I will wait and see what response I get back from customer service hopefully today. I will post whatever I get.

I think the clear alt stuff is great, I got a clear rear lens for my bike along with the LED bulbs, it fits great & is very bright especially when I hit the brakes.

emailed Clear Alternatives Monday night. Got a response back today, here it is

Clear Alternative response:

We are working on a modified version. The gap has been a on going issue as
it is very difficult to make 100%. The shape is very odd. As far as the
fitment, it should have went in straight forward. It may be a defective
lens but without seeing it is hard to determine. If you want to swap for
the new version in about a month, just let me know. Please send all replies
to sales@clearalternatives.com
