A few of you know how mych trouble i had with my taillight. Half the running light wouldn't work. It wasnt bright at all....I bought it a few years ago off a board memebr here i really liked it. SO i was talking to redkat05 about fixing it or trying to. So i thought you know wth i will call ca. SO i got this gentlemen on the phone very nice man. Told him my problems he said well take it out senfd it to us make sure you list the problems with it and put your return address in the with the part. I said ok will do thanks. So5/15 i drop it in the mail. I put a signature for the package. It cost me a whole whopping 3 dollars. SO i checked that next tuedays they received it so i called to check in with them. Told them my name and the situation. THe man said hold on let me check some of the boxes, Told him it was in a padded envelope. He said yep here you are i will put it on the top of stack and we will get it out to you that was last thursday the 21. So didnt think nothing of it well i received it tuesday in the mail box...I was shocked all brand new board more leds in it. alot brighter. I cant believe there customer support great company.

i did the same thing with one didnt even call just shipped it back with what was wrong within a week had a new one. great customer service for me as well

Hmmm... I emailed them about mine about 3 weeks ago and didn't get a response (other than the auto response).

Guess I should call them. Half my board is dark. Thanks for the update!

Wow....thats great!
Because my experience w/ them has been less than stellar. I understand they moved locations. But it was supposed to have been completed beginning of May. As of last week they were still using it as an excuse on why they don't have any smoked front signals for a Gen II. Guy I spoke with was completely flustered and seemed to be "busy" And over all did not get the feeling they wanted to do business.
I'm ready to buy here!
He tried to sell me the LED ones like you have pictured, but I am not interested in those. As of today I still have no idea if they can get what I want.
Not to mention they STILL do not offer a rear smoked product. Gen II has been out for over two years and it's popularity!>> I mean WTF?

a phone call is easier than waiting on the email back

over a month now and and about 6 emails to them and I never received a response to their wrong sent lense. If they do not want to correspond through email...they should remove the addresses.

I just swapped lenses with a friend and called it done.

you know i dont see how you can be that mad at a company that doesnt make the product your looking for, go somewhere else that does make it.

I see where your coming from. But they DO make it. Problem is they keep saying they can get it. But it's been a couple months now and nothing. They have been giving Tim @ Pashnit the same run around to the point he didn't even feel comfortable offering their products. Empty promises and dates gone by.

It's not that I'm mad. Having been a small business owner I understand things can get crazy at times. It seems like they have a good product from the pics I've seen on here. But hey....if you want my business you have to better than how my initial phone conversation went. All I'm saying.

But hey...I'm all about looking into other manufactures that make smoked turn lenses for a gen II?? I sure don't know of any. Ideas?? Links??

Def glad mrninja received good service. Maybe things are turning around. IDK?
