clutch problems

So I get the bus all put together and go for a ride and the clutch goes out, I thought maybe that I did not bleed it all of the way so I borrowed a friends vacuum bleeder thing. So last night I bleed it all of the way and for the first 2-3 passes down the street it was all good. Then for the next 3 passes it was getting worse and worse. I could give it gas at about 3-4 rpms and it would sound like I was pulling the clutch lever in and revving the engine up. I am thinking that it is leaking from the clutch slave, what do you guys think?? I may have messed up the rubber cup that goes in before the piston. Anyone have this happen to them??

rubber cup that goes in BEFORE the piston....I dunno Rich, sounds like you may have goofed on the re/re .

pistons,then the rubbers,then the springs,the en' caps...

No I did the clutch slave right. I found out what it was, up on the reservoir it is leaking so either the diaphram or the seal by the piston is bad so I spent 26$ on all of the new seals and diaphram. I was talking to my dad about it and he told me to disconnect the line from the slave and then block it off and sqeeze the lever it should only move a little bit if it is like normal he said it is most likely the piston or the diaphram on the reservoir, so I did it and it went right to the hand grip. After that I noticed there is a little bit of fluid seeping around the diaphram.
