Clutch starter removal

Hi Gang,

Anyone have experience with modifying the Busa's starter so you don't have to pull in the clutch to start the bike? What a pain........

it's there for safety but yes it can be bypassed through the electrical system.

It's a pain in the ass to have to use two hands to start your bike. Especially if your holding your helmet in one hand. Just a preference thing....Anyone know how to bypass this, other than bring my friend to hold in the clutch....?

Pull the wires on the clutch switch and jumper the two. I've run my bike that way since Daytona when the switch blew. Wardie

The first time you forget to take out of gear,while talking to a friend and starting the bike,BAM it will hit you why it's there..Call me when your ready for some plastic..

DO NOT do it...it is there for safety so you don't start
your bike in gear...BUT it also is tied into the ECU and
effects your rev limiter when you shift...trust me leave
it alone

just put your helmet on first and your left hand will be free
