Codes on 06..How to read.

Can some one tell me how to bring up the code on a 06..did a search not having any luck.thanks

You need a paper clip or a piece of wire about 3 inches long. I would pull off the rider seat and rear seat. There is a plug located on the left side of the bike, it's black and it has a black rubber cap to protect the contact points. You need to have the ignition on or the bike running to pull it. Good luck.

Just put the clip into the plug and it will display it on the lcd on the dash.
