Colling Fan Wont Turn Off

I would check the cooling fan Thermo-Switch (not the thermostat, although it's one more thing to check) and the Cooling Fan Control Relay. The Thermo-Switch is located on the top left side of the radiator next to the fan

the thermo switch should be open when cold, then when it warms up the circuit closes, check with a meter.
