Since we are all family I guess I can share.
Last month I had a little spill on my 06LE. I wasn't hurt, but my pride was.
I was riding up a hill, going about 35mph. At the top of the hill barricades blocked the street. I really didn't have enough time to stop but that didn't stop me from trying. I engaged the brakes then hit some gravel. To make a long story short I went down and went hard. Here are some pics of the damage.

Glad you're ok dude.

How did you break the gauges like that?

I really sorry to hear about your accident ! But, then you can now paint it whatever color scheme you want. And don't forget the aftermarket exhaust system.

On the other side, did you have enough time (assuming the speed limit is around 35 mph) from the time you saw the barricades, to then stop. City/State or County could be at least partially responsible

since gravel (it wasn't a gravel road you were on was it) is involved !

Hope you'll be riding again soon

Thanks for the love, as far as the parts go I have what I need. I think I shifted the frame because the parts I have won't line up correctly

Hopefully just a bent fairing stay or rear subframe (if tail isn't aligning).

If the frame is bent it's time to let your insurance company total it out.

glad to see you walked away...it was good to meet you at the Bash

Parts can get turned and twisted without damage to the frame. When I went down my radiator got shifted and caused my fairings to not line up.... but no frame damage.
