Coming up on the 4k service

I thought I had seen a post requesting this before, but for the life of me, I cannot seem to find it.

I am getting ready to crack 3K miles and I want to have all the parts/fluids/supplies in general that I will need so that I'm ready when I hit 4K. Fortunately, I have my 'busa bible for the manufacturer recommended stuff, but what about the stuff that is not in the bible? What things do you consider to be the FIRST things to change, modify, or adjust for you. The only guidelines, I will not be changing anything major (i.e. exhaust), I am saving my pennies for a turbo kit and I don't want to waste money on parts that I don't really need or want.

Stuff I'm looking for would be the air box mod that 1st gens needed (I don't think 2nd gens do this right?).

Thanks ya'll

gen I or II? Air box mod if you have a gen I. HID's are always good. If your tall a double bubble windscreen and Buell peg mod. You could flash the ECU but I wouldn't until you do the pipes and turbo.

I wouldn't do the air box mod if you're not going with a full exhaust system.

i love my hid's, shorty pazzo levers, buel pegs, heli bars, stainless steel brake lines, and the suzuki double screen. the hid's are about as close to free as your going to get. it was like 70 bucks for the whole setup. oh yea i like the throttle lock from throttlemeister as well.
