Dad, step mom and some friends came over and celebrated the holiday with my family today.
We grilled some lamb, beef and chicken on the cyprus grill I have. I had forgotten how well it cooks stuff!
Man it was good!

First start with a nice coal fire of natural hardwood....

Then add some skewers of meat and veggies....

Had lots of fixins. Fresh homemade Hummus and cucumber yogurt, Brown rice, salad, greens beans, corn off the grill and a bunch of other stuff.

Mmmmm.....listen to it sizzle :)

It was a regular Mediteranean Mez....

That looks really good Blanca. Arent Sunday meals the best? We didnt have any left overs here tonight.

Do3 wayyyyy down.

I am really surprised this style of grill is not more popular here.
I can remove legs and take it with me. Power cord separates and has auto 12 volt plug on it so I can grill anywhere. What's great about it is once you get past the prep the rest is easy as the motor has 13 speeds.
Just turn it on and watch it go, no work.

Blanca you volunteering to use your skills at the next Bash? Looks GOOD!!!

Freight would probably kill me, it's heavy gauge steel.
When I shipped it back from over there I think it weighed around 60 kilos?

Relax, no ones holding your feet to the fire but Tim will be throwing the wood to it
