I took off my countershaft sprocket cover to clean all of the crap out that accumulates behind it.
I was careful to make sure that there were no spacers behind it that could drop out upon removal.
When I put it back on, I noticed that there seems to be a space between the cover and the engine case where the top left mounting screw goes......It seems like there should be something in between the case and the cover there.(Like a spacer)
Did I drop something in my driveway ? I looked at my microfiche and I don't see anything..... Whats the deal ?
