I'm putting on these rcs19 brake MC and rcs16 clutch MC. I'm confused on if I NEED a some kind of a new switch or it's just suggested or if I need to rig one up?
Also, is it possible to eliminate the ABS on just the rear? How would I go about doin that if it is?

Thanks in advance fellas.

Wow, it's been a minute since I researched this...I believe - brake side - it's the connector that needs to be modded so it plugs in to OEM switch HW. And I think it's DIY if you keep your old coupler. I might be wrong...

I THOUGHT you could just disconnect the abs sensor on the rear and the brake "should" just work like normal and you gotta live with the abs light being on. But I dunno if it kills abs to the front as well or if it would even work. I'm am idiot mechanically, so it may also turn into a transformer, chastise me for messing with poop and ride off by itself.

As far as the switch i believe @ottafish just figured out his was causing an occasional code and is changing to something different. Perhaps he can let you know exactly what u need since I believe he had that same setup.

Brake is just the standard switch brembo supplies for the rcs brake range. Just need to hook it into the factory loom from the oem brake switch.
But clutch side, you either need to make up some bracket style mount a switch, custom style, or could go to clutch switch eliminator setup from boostbysmith I think.. Don't just short or bypass the clutch, or go hydraulic your ecu goes all to poop.

As for abs, leave it alone to do its stuff. If you're dead set keen, @c10 has the low down on removing the abs as a whole
