Cracked h-pipe weld

Hey guys and gals!

So i have this problem. The h-pipe weld have failed! What is my best option? Warranty repair is out of the question.

The system is supposedly a Yoshimura AT2 full system (sign on silencer says Alpha but the model is consistent with AT2) Stainless.

1: Reweld. Although i foresee a problem welding it in place exactly right gap-wise.
2: Remove the pipe and weld the holes. Fitment wont be an issue but might bring other issues (or not).
3: Reinstall original exhaust.

Hi. #2. Take it to a good welder. It should be just fine. If I csn fined it a photo of my all custom exhaust . 4 inch pipe out of the turbo. All made of Inconal steel.
