Crashed bike now front brake cylinder hitting windshield/dash

Well I recently layed the bike down going about 40 (this morning), luckily I came out unscathed because of my gear but I can't say the same for the bike. As the title says, ever since the crash, my front brake master cylinder hits the windscreen/dash when turning the bars to the left and I have tried adjusting the mastercylinder every possible way. The upper dash piece does NOT fit like it did before. Has anyone encountered this problem or know of a solution? Thanks.

You may have bent the fairing stay.

Hmm, that's what I'm beginning to think.

It sounds like the birdcage/nose frame is bent. I'd replace that as the most likely cause

Yes I did bend the fairing stay, but managed to bend it back and put everything back together and now it clears the windscreen with room to spare, thanks!
