I want to get a cruise control set up for my '04 Busa, but have no idea where to start, where to look. Any help??? Bueller, anyone, anyone, Bueller?

Ditto! You can get them polished from the manufacturer for the bling factor if ya like.

i think most people use the throttlemeister.  and the heavier version of it.
Where do you get it, I would really like to check it out too.

http://throttlemeister.com/  has all the info on it.. customer testamonials, etc, and you can order it from them. they will find a dealer for you or your local guy should be able to get it..

That is the way to go no doubt it the only way to go for the long haul!!

Need a temporary relief for your throttle hand???

The "choke" lever is really just a fast idle control. If you lift up the gas tank and adjust it to hold a higher speed, say 4k, you can dial up the "choke" lever to mantain crusing speed.

Just be careful on start up, it will not have to be opened all the way anymore. Also be sure to leave enough slack so the true idle speed is not affected when you are not using your new cruise control.
.

I second, third, and fourth the Throttlemeister. I've had mine for over a year now and love it on longer hauls. Get the heavy version as mentioned, it does indeed help reduce handle bar vibration.

Good luck!

Postal.
