cuting off problem

hi to all members

i am a new member on the hayabusa.org and resently i bouth a 99 hayabusa
and there is a problem while am runinng the bike some time is cuting off the engine and after i try to start it back the bat. is dead and need to get charged and note that i change the stator ,reglator,spark plug,and i have cleaned the ingection

so what do you think my maltifunction is ?

It may be a bad battery.
Check that first IMO.
